iOS 10 is officially out and now Pangu finds itself in the limelight. After showcasing that celebrated iOS 10 jailbreak at MOSEC 2016 back in July, Apple has repeatedly found ways to thwart attempts to hack their mobile operating system, Yahoo reported.

The last iOS jailbreak that Pangu was able to render was that one involving iOS 9.3.4. The release of that crack was unexpected but so was the iOS 9.3.5 release by Apple. The surprise release was a result of a security issue that was brought to the attention of the Cupertino company.

According to Forbes, Pangu should not encounter problems with an iOS 10 jailbreak. Apple barely touched on the security features of the latest OS meaning the Chinese hacker group should find it fairly easier to come up with an iOS 10 jailbreak.

This is despite the fact that the initial iOS 10 jailbreak they showed was from an earlier beta, something that obviously underwent changes through the months. Aside from that, there could be other areas Apple may have patched up, further problems to Pangu and other jailbreaking teams.

Until Pangu is able to come with a working iOS 10 jailbreak, Apple owners are urged to refrain from downloading other claimed hacks that come from unknown groups or independent hackers.

That includes Lucas Todesco who continues to show off is alleged iOS 10 jailbreaking breakthrough. Todesco claims to have accomplished some breakthrough with his iOS 10 Gold Master edition and has followed that up with a second video.

The latest video from Todesco continues the breakthrough he was able to accomplish using the YaluX which reportedly works on arm64ie.64bit devices. Even with his convincing breakthroughs, Todesco has not publicly released any working iOS 10 jailbreak.

Going back to Pangu, it will be interesting if they are able to release an iOS 10 jailbreak by October. This is a more conservative wait over previous expectations of seeing a crack this September.

The understanding in the minds of the Apple Jailbreaking community is that if Pangu is able to release iOS 9.3.4, iOS 10 should be fairly easier considering they are believed to have been working on it for some time now.

As most await for an iOS 10 jailbreak to come out, the video below educates us on the new features of Apple’s latest operating system.
