"NCIS" Season 14 and "Bull" series is expected to premiere today, Sept. 20 with an all new experience in the much awaited season. Fans are excited to watch Team Gibbs investigating without Michael Weatherly, who played Special Agent Anthony "Tony" DiNozzo. DiNozzo will be making his return to TV screen through the CBS show "Bull."

CBS network will premiere "NCIS" new season on the same day with the first season of "Bull" a show that will see Weatherly make his return to TV screen, he bid adieu to the "NCIS" team after a successful stint on the series for the last 13 years. With the new show, fans are waiting to see how he presents his new character.

DiNozzo was Gibbs' trusted man and was involved in every investigation and now, without him, it will be interesting to watch how his rumored replacements (Agent Nick Torres and Agent Alex Quinn) charm the fans of the show.

In an interview with TV Guide, Weatherly talked about his character in the new series titled "Bull" and said the show is inspired by McGraw's early career in the field of trial science. He further noted that he did not think "Bull" seems like DiNozzo 2.0 and in fact, when he began with "Bull," he was quite unsure how to create a new character.

The fan-favorite actor said he was comfortable with DiNozzo character on "NCIS" but wished to have a different experience. He was hunting for change as he had realized that "NCIS" is not the place for that. This makes it clear why he decided to move to a new series with a new character.

In the "NCIS" Season 4 episode 3 synopsis named "Privileged Information," Gibbs is set to start investigating a new case. The "NCIS" team will be investigating a marine sergeant's tragic fall from a building. In addition, CBS has released the titles of the first and second episodes of "NCIS" Season 14 as "Rogue" and "Being Bad" respectively.

With the "NCIS" premiere, new faces will be see on the series as the CBS series has recruited three new cast members to replace the beloved characters. One will be Valderrama who stars as Nick Torres, an NCIS Agent who has spent most of his career as an undercover. According to CBS, he is described as charismatic and unpredictable.

The second new character is Agent Alex Quinn who is described as a quick-witted and talented agent. Quinn used to work in the field before she left it for a desk job that involves training agents. She is persuaded by Gibbs to join to team. Lastly, MI6 Officer Clayton Reeves (Duane Henry) will be joining the team, he was introduced in the Season 13 finale and he is on loan to the team as a terror liaison.

Meanwhile, the new series "Bull" which is inspired by the early career of Dr. Phil McGraw starring Michael Weatherly as Dr. Bull will air on Sept. 20 at 9 p.m., ET/PT on CBS network and the episodes will air every Tuesday onwards. The first episode of "Bull" is titled as "The Necklace" and episode 2 as "The Woman in 8D."

First episode promo consists of 30 seconds snippets and a longer preview. Buddy TV reported that both of the 30-second snippets preview Weatherly at his comedic best as Dr. Jason Bull and also the longer preview will show his effort to clear out an innocent teenager who is accused of a crime which he claims he did not commit.

"Bull" is going to narrate the story of Dr. Jason Bull, a brilliant and bold founder of a prolific trial consulting firm. He works to create winning strategies that guide high-stakes trials in his clients' favor.

Moreover, on a personal level, Bull work includes combining human intuition, psychology and high-tech data in order to create winning strategies. His powerful team will be helping him in doing all this.

"NCIS" Season 14 shows on Tuesday, Sept. 20 at 8 p.m. EDT on CBS.
