The latest details for "Final Fantasy XV" will feature the game's full soundtrack content and Square Enix not planning to expand the sequel's story anytime soon.
It seems that Square Enix revealed the soundtracks that will be featured in "Final Fantasy XV" as the recent Active Time Report revealed that players can actually listen to music, while drivining the Regalia on the road.
According to the Final Fantasy World fan page, the soundtrack that players will be listening into Regalia came from several "Final Fantasy" titles and spin-off games from their opening themes, battle music and ending theme.
The soundtracks will come from the first "Final Fantasy", "Final Fantasy II", "Final Fantasy III", "Final Fantasy IV", "Final Fantasy V", "Final Fantasy VI", "Final Fantasy VII", "Final Fantasy VIII", "Final Fantasy IX", "Final Fantasy X", "Final Fantasy XI", "Final Fantasy XII", "Final Fantasy XIII", "Final Fantasy XIV", "Final Fantasy Type-O", "Dissidia: Final Fantasy", "Justice Monsters Five" and "Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV".
The "Final Fantasy" franchise has always been known for its high-quality music and it looks like "Final Fantasy XV" will be no exception. Square Enix seems to have smartly focused on including all of the fan favorites in the "FFXV" soundtrack, including the famous "One-Winged Angel" from "Final Fantasy VII" to Terra’s Theme from "Final Fantasy VI".
It is also worth noting that while this list of songs is heavy with nostalgia, there are also plenty of brand new music being introduced in "Final Fantasy XV" as well. The track list includes six songs designed specifically as “drive music” for the game and will also include songs from the "Kingsglaive" movie and "Justice Monsters Five" mini-game.
In other news, it seems that "Final Fantasy XV" will not likely expand its story as game director Hajime Tabata told Gamespot that they have no current plans to continue the story of Noctis and the gang after the events of "FFXV" anytime soon.
Tabata added that Square Enix may work on it business wise, but on a personal level, gaming fans have been waiting for "Final Fantasy XV" for a very long time and wants them to keep enjoying it whenever they can and would probably want see how the gamers react when the sequel is out and how they feel about it in the end.
Previous reports revealed that gamers can customize the Regalia, however they want from its appearance, pain jobs and logos to performance and transformation upgrades. There are also new mini-games like foot races and fishing.
Square Enix looks to put "Final Fantasy XV" on the PC platform soon as Tabata stated that the PC version is still under consideration, and they are focus on promoting, finishing and releasing the sequel on the consoles.
"Final Fantasy XV" will launch on Nov. 29 for PS4 and Xbox One consoles.
