New details and possible spoilers for "Legends of Tomorrow" season 2 will feature a possible appearance by Green Lantern and four previous Arrowverse characters in the show.

It seems that one popular DC character will likely appear in "Legends of Tomorrow" season 2 as the plot of the show will feature Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill) and his team of heroes meeting the Justice Society of America. The JSA will consist of Hourman (Patrick J. Adams), Commander Steel (Matthew MacCaull), Vixen (Maisie Richardson-Sellers), Obsidian (Lance Henriksen) Stargirl (Sarah Grey) and Dr. Mid-night (Kwesi Ameyaw).

The teams mission this time is protect the timeline from certain distortions and dangers now the Time Masters are already been scattered and beaten, leaving Rip and his team to continue on. They will also enounter a new group of villains known as the Legion of Doom and its members are Malcolm Merlyn (John Barrowman), Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough), Eobard Thawne/Reverse-Flash (Matt Letscher) and Leonard Snart/Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller).

Cast member Lance Henriksen revealed something interesting about his character Obsidian in the show and confirmed he is the son of Alan Scott, the original Green Lantern similar to the DC comics, ComicBook reported. Henriksen added that Obisidian will have a troubled past similar to the comics, and several hints of Alan Scott easter egg such as his Green Lantern ring or even a cameo appearance in one episode of "Legends of Tomorrow".

In other news, four characters in the DC TV universe will likely have an appearance during "Legends of Tomorrow" season 2 and these are Jay Garrick/The Flash (John Wesly Shipp), Carter Hall/Hawkman (Falk Hentschel), Kendra Saunders/Hawkgirl (Ciara Renee) and John Constantine (Matt Ryan).

Hawkman and Hawkgirl's possible return to "Legends of Tomorrow" was teased by executive producer Marc Guggenhiem when he tweeted a photo of an Egyptian hieroglyphs illustrations featuring the Waverider.

It seems that the team at some point the team will land of Ancient Egypt and and encounter the early incarnations of Hawkman and Hawkgirl, namely Prince Khufu and Priestess Chay-Ara.

Jay Garrick on the other hand, was teased by John Wesly Shipp as he stated in an interview that Jay could appear in "Legends of Tomorrow" season 2 as his character has been a huge part of the JSA in the comics, not to mention a founding member. Shipp added that he is excited on how will things will go on knowing that JSA will be heavily featured in season 2. Previous reports indicated that the Jay Garrick will return to "The Flash" season 3 as he helps Barry Allen/The Flash (Grant Gustin) during the "Flashpoint" timeline.

Lastly, John Constantine was heavily teased for "Legends of Tomorrow" season 2 since his appearance in "Arrow" season 4. However, executive producer Greg Berlanti told IGN that he and the rest of the CW Network board have not been entirely sure of Constantine's place in the TV series and they are still internally examining on how they will use the character in the shows.

Constantine was responsible for resurrecting Sara Lance/White Canary (Caity Lotz) and fans will surely make a move to the network to include Constantine in the show soon.

"Legends of Tomorrow" will air on Oct. 13 on the CW Network.
