Verizon is the only carrier in the U.S. that is selling the Google Pixel and Google Pixel XL smartphones. Both the smartphones are available with a massive $300 discount through its trade-in program.

Google Pixel, Pixel Price, Pre-orders

Google Pixel with 32 GB and 128 GB storage choices can be availed through monthly installments of $27.08 and $31.24, respectively through Verizon for 24 months. The unlocked Pixel with the same storage variants can be purchased for $649 and $749, respectively through Google Store.

Google Pixel XL with 32 GB and 128 GB storage options can be purchased with respectively monthly payments $32.08 and $36.24 through the carrier for 24 months. The unlocked Pixel XL storage variants can be bought for $769 and $869, respectively.

Currently, Google Store and Verizon are both running pre-order for Pixel and Pixel XL smartphones. Verizon will be taking pre-orders until Oct. 19 and it will start shipping Pixel and Pixel XL units from Oct. 20. On the other hand, Google Store is begin shipping between Oct. 26 to 28.

Pixel and Pixel XL are available in Quite Black and Very Silver colors. In the U.S., Google is exclusively selling a 'Really Blue' color variant for both the phones. Google Store and Verizon are both offering a free Daydream View headset along with the pre-ordered units. The VR headset is separately priced at $79, GSM Arena reported.

Google Pixel, Pixel Price Discounted By $300 through Verizon's Trade-in Program

The $300 discount through Verizon's trade-in program for Pixel and Pixel XL smartphones will provide customers with $300 trade-in credit over a period of 24 months when a customer trades his/her smartphone or upgrades to a new connection with select phones. The offer is available to new and existing customers:

Here is how one can avail $300 trade-in credit with Pixel and Pixel XL smartphones. Customers need to add Pixel or Pixel XL smartphone to the cart through an on-contract plan.

While checking out, customers need to click on "trade in old device" to go to a page that lists eligible smartphones like iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 Edge, Galaxy S6 Edge+, Galaxy Note 5, HTC M9, LG G4, and LG V10, TheBitBag reported.

In the next 5 days, customers will receive a box in which customers can place their old device and send it to Verizon. The trade-in smartphone should be in "good, working & cosmetic condition." The trade-in amount of $300 will provided to the customer's account as recurring monthly credit across 24 months. The credits will start arriving within 2-3 bill cycles.
