Although the future of "Incredibles 2" is still unknown, that didn't stop the film's fans in speculating what the storyline of the sequel would be. Game n Guide reported that fans are actually going crazy about determining who would play as the villain in the film.

Rumors claim that it is impossible for Syndrome to still be the antagonist because it was shown in the previous film that his cape was caught in an airplane. People are suggesting that the villain would be none other than Mr. Incredible's best friend Frozone.

According to the speculations, Frozone got tired from being the family's sidekick. During the previous film, Frozone was there to fight Syndrome alongside with the Parr family, but in the end, the superhero family were the only ones who received recognition for the deed. With that said, Frozone would actually be filled with envy and might eventually turn into the dark side.

On the contrary, Christian Daily reported that the villain for "Incredibles 2" would be one of the Parr kids.

Fans were actually going crazy about this speculation, wherein everyone was suggesting that the youngest member of the Parr family, Jack-jack, would be the villain because he was the one with the greatest superpowers among them.

However, other fans argue that Dash would be the villain because among the Parr kids, he is the most rebellious one. The fact that he is the middle child, it is clichéd that he would be the problem child.

Meanwhile, director Brad Bird recently gave out a statement assuring fans that the upcoming sequel would be way different than the first one, wherein he stated "The one thing that you don't have in this movie that you had in the first one, is that you don't have the family discovering, or rather, the kids discovering their powers," He continued his statement by saying "So you have to move the story ahead and say, 'What else can you do?''

"Incredibles 2" is scheduled to premiere sometime in 2019.
