According to the official Ubisoft blog website, the PC version of "Watch Dogs 2" will launch on Nov. 29, several days after the console versions. Ubisoft explained that the extra time will enable them to finish and ensure that the sequel runs "smoothly" on the PC platform.

The PC version will have support for full 4K resolutions and additional visual options such as Ultra Textures and Extra Details. Other community requested options include the ability to uncap the framerate. The extra two weeks will give Ubisoft added time to ensure that all these features will be better optimized and polished to meet not only the developers standards, but gaming fans as well.

Ubisoft also mentioned that "Watch Dogs 2" PC version's driving features will be adapted for keyboard and mouse, including adjustable steering sensitivity. As for gamepad support, players can switch between keyboard and mouse and controller at any point. Xbox One and DualShock 4 controllers are supported, but the game does not work with the Steam controller or racing wheels.

Morin added that they have nothing to announce regarding a PS4 Pro support, and if they had they will have to looked into the specs and needed requirements for "Watch Dogs 2" to work on the console.

The story behind "Watch Dogs 2" will feature Marcus Holloway and his friends from DedSec stopping the global conglomerate Blume and the ctOS 2.0 from corrupting and manipulating the system in San Francisco.

Blume is run by CEO Douschean Nemek and he has been after DedSec for ruining his plans. Marcus is also joined by T-Bone, who appeared in the first "Watch Dogs" game as he described himself as the company's "public enemy number one". Prior to Marcus Holloway's introduction, it has been rumored that T-Bone is being pushed to being "Watch Dogs 2", before having his spin-off storyline in the first the game.
