"Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" star Joseline Hernandez has been in the center of nasty rumors since she joined the hit VH1 show. Moreso, when she and co-star Stevie J started dating each other.

Fast-forward to today, Stevie J, who said to have been impregnated, Hernandez, is now suing his former love. Apparently, the Puerto Rican Princess, as she is fondly called, has been causing serious problems to the music producer's reputation, TMZ exclusively reported.

Meanwhile, Joseline Hernandez seemed to be unfazed by the legal impediments she's faced with as she was seen actively flaunting photos of her pregnant belly on her social media accounts. Just recently, she even posted a video of her attending what seems to be a masquerade party, again flaunting her baby bump.

While her fans and family are excited to see the arrival of her daughter, Stevie J, who is said to be the father of the unborn child, is now claiming otherwise, as seen in a separate interview with TMZ. The record producer even added that Hernandez is a liar who claimed to be 29-years-old when she's supposedly 10 years older.

"Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" star Joseline Hernandez is reportedly being sued for defamation after repeatedly accusing Stevie J of molesting his daughter with Mimi Faust. Apparently, the Puerto Rican Princess is determined to bring down Stevie J and has even asked a former nanny to do the same.

Joseline Hernandez was said to have called Georgia's Division of Family and Children Services accusing Stevie J of sexually molesting his daughter with Mimi Faust. It was even revealed that the "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" actress accused Stevie J of being a devil worshipper and of being gay.

While Hernandez may battle a lawsuit against Stevie J, her former love is also facing some problems with the law on his own. The music producer has said to have paid for bail to get out of rehab.

"It is hearby ordered that the conditions of the defendant's bail are hereby modified to permit him to leave the inpatient drug treatment program to which he is currently admitted for the purpose of appearing before this court for the change of plea proceeding," Judge Crotty wrote in a court document.

Joseline Hernandez, on the other hand, has yet to comment on the said lawsuit. In fact, she had been very busy with her personal endeavor, which includes public appearances.
