Pangu and other iOS hacking team are yet to produce a working jailbreak for iOS 10. Jailbreak lovers may have to hold off on updating until the hacker groups manage to come up with the iOS jailbreak.

Apple just released its latest Operating System, the iOS 10, but no news on its jailbreak have been confirmed. The hackers group, lead by Pangu, have been producing working jailbreak version of Apple's iOS. However, the American tech company seems to be winning against Pangu and the jailbreak makers, according to BGR.

During the MOSEC conference that took place in July, Pangu team was able to show a jailbreak version of an iOS 10 beta version. However, three months later, it seems the final version of iOS 10 from Apple is a tougher nut to crack for all the iOS hackers, The Verge reported. iOS 9.2 and 9.3.3 are the latest and stable iOS jailbreak version Pangu has produced.

Apple has worked tirelessly to make sure that any iOS the tech giant launches will not have its respective jailbreak for users. To achieve this, the company has disabled the option of iOS 10 users downgrading to a version that could be jailbroken.

Luca Todesco, who is well known for showing off his expertise in jailbreaking iOS devices, published a YouTube video demonstrating a working jailbreak running on iOS 10 beta 8. Previously, the iOS hacker had the spotlight for finding a way to jailbreak iOS 9.3.4 shortly after Apple released it to patch Pangu's iOS 9.3.3 jailbreak.

The iOS hacker is known of not sharing his jailbreak works to the public, however, his demo shows that iOS 10 is possible to jailbreak it despite Apple's kernel patch protection (KPP). The protection has become a challenge for jailbreak groups in the most recent pre-release versions of iOS.

Although his jailbreak is not yet in the public domain, an assumption based on Todesco's past track record of jailbreak teases shows that jailbreaking is not going anywhere any time soon. Many people still love molding their devices and showing off their mad hacking skills.

The jailbreak, dubbed "yaluX" in the title of the teaser clip, was demonstrated on what seems to be a 9.7-inch iPad Pro or iPad Air 2. Also indicated by the title is that it is once again a 64-bit-only jailbreak.

Nevertheless, Pangu may eventually come through for jailbreak fans at some point following the public release of iOS 10. After all, the hacker group made it known that they are working on a jailbreak for iOS 10.
