It seems like things are starting to heat up in "Game of Thrones" Season 7. New pictures from the set have leaked online, teasing a deadly ending for Theon Greyjoy (Alfie Allen).

In "Game of Thrones" Season 6, Theon and Yara (Gemma Whelan) fled from the Iron Islands after their uncle Euron (Pilou Asbaek) executed their father and took charge of the house. Hence, the two formed an alliance with Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke).

However, it looked like the Euron had finally tracked the runaway down. The new on-set photos posted on The Daily Mail showed Theon mercilessly beaten by the Iron Islanders. Despite the best efforts, he was no match for his adversaries.

The on-set photos have fueled fan speculation that Euron will capture and abused either Theon or Yara in the Season 7 premiere. Given Theon's previous stint as Ramsay Bolton's (Iwan Rheon) prisoner, many believed Yara will be the one to be taken prisoner only to be executed shortly thereafter.

It came after it was speculated that a marriage between Euron and Queen Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey) will most likely happen in "Game of Thrones" Season 7. Though it is unclear if they go that far, the two will team up in an attempt to stop the Mother of Dragons, according to Winter is Coming.

While many were upbeat about it, others were not pleased with the "Game of Thrones" Season 7 spoilers. Some believed the supposed plot details and leaked images could just be a gimmick orchestrated by the showrunners.

In October 2015, David Benioff and Dan Weiss invited "Game of Thrones" alum Sibel Kekilli, who portrayed Tyrion Lannister's (Peter Dinklage) lover Shae, to the show's filming set in Peniscola, Spain. The showrunners dressed her up in costume and put her out on the set to get photographed.

At the time, many publications rapidly ran stories claiming Shae would make a return in "Game of Thrones" Season 6. It is said that the entire thing was a ruse to throw off spoilers about who may be alive since Jon Snow was seen in costume as well.

Stay tuned for more updates as they arrive. While waiting, check out the in-production teaser of "Game of Thrones" Season 7 below:
