Kim Yoo-Jung shared her honest thoughts on her kissing scene with co-star Park Bo-Gum in KBS 2TV's "Moonlight Drawn by Clouds." In the 18-episode historical drama, the two portrayed Crown Prince Lee Yeong and Hong Ra-On, respectively.

"Moonlight Drawn by Clouds" ended up with impressive ratings of 25.3 percent on Oct. 18. Following its successful run, the Korean Communication Standards Commission (KCSC) decided to take administrative action against the show for failing to be more discreet.

Finally, Kim broke her silence and delightedly shared her thoughts on her controversial kissing scene with Park. In a sit-down interview with local newsoutlet Biz Enter, as cited by Soompi, the young star revealed she was more worried about the uniform she was wearing than the kiss itself.

The "Angry Mom" star also discussed another dubious scene that caused quite a stir among many viewers. The scene in question showed Hong Ra-On wrapping her chest with bandages in order to disguise herself as a boy.

While there was a worrying aspect of it, Kim stated it was a necessary scene to effectively show the emotional state of Hong Ra-On. She added, "It received attention because it turned out well, and there are other people who thought of it from a different point of view."

It came after the KCSC announced the censorship ruling on the said controversial scenes. It is said that KCSC will send KBS an official recommendation in regards to that kind of scenes, adding that the latter should take a more cautious stance on having young stars playing the role of an adult.

"Fundamentally speaking, it is wrong to cast a minor when there is a revealing scene or kiss scene in the script," KCSC said in a statement obtained by Sports Chosun. "One might say that since the standards are ambiguous anyway, why not just let it go, but if we go easy on Kim Yoo Jung, who is 16 years and 10 months, then later on, there will be questions on whether we should let a 15-year-old do the same thing."

The KCSC will have to discuss whether they can keep on letting minors play adult roles in dramas and movies. They stressed, "We are worried about young adults being provocatively exposed.
