A young Talia was last seen as a young girl in DC's "Legends of Tomorrow." She also appeared in "The Dark Knight Rises" to help Bane orchestrate his attack on Gotham City.

The CW network describes Talia as a worldly and cultured elite warrior who prefers creating her own team instead of siding with others. She also happens to be the half-sister of Nyssa (Katrina Law).

Meanwhile, Talia isn't the only new character that will be introduced in "Arrow" Season 5. According to Variety, "The Walking Dead" alum Juliana Harkavy will be playing the of Tina Bolard in the series.

Tina is a detective from "The Flash's" Central City. She recently moved to Star City to work in the same field. She will also be faced with some serious problems with the presence of the Green Arrow, as well as his teammates, Wild Dog, Artemis, Mr. Terrific and Ragman. Tina will first be featured in the back half of "Arrow" Season 5.

As of late, there are rumors suggesting that Tina could also become Oliver's newest love interest. After all, he works as a mayor and will most likely be bumping into Tina a lot. To add to this, Oliver and Felicity's (Emily Bett Rickards) relationship is already over, and the latter has already moved on to dating a new guy.

"Arrow" Season 5 airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
