Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 was rumored to be revealed in September this year. However, it will be unveiled in first quarter of 2017 next year says the latest report.

Samsung has not yet revealed any information about the specifications of the tablet but the rumor mill has managed to grab few details of the specs. The Galaxy Tab S3 with model number SM-T820 and SM-T825 are said to be the two variants that will release as respectively as Wi-Fi only and LTE models.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 Specs Rumors

According to Android Headlines report, the Galaxy Tab S3 was spotted in the GFXBench database few months ago. It has revealed few information on its hardware configuration.

The Galaxy Tab S3 is supposed to have 9.7-inch display with the screen resolution of 2048 X 1536 pixel. It will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 chipset that includes 1.8 GHz processor.

It is said to have 3 GB RAM with 32 GB of native memory. It may come with 8-megapixel rear camera and 2-megapixel front camera for video calling and selfie shoot. It will be equipped with 4,000 mAh battery. Tech Radar reported.

The device will be running run on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS.Since the Galaxy Tab S3 is expected to launch in Q1 2017, some other rumors suggest that it may probably arrive with Android 7.0 Nougat OS. Its arrival seems imminent as the tablet has already received FCC certification in the U.S. in March this year.

The Galaxy Tab S3 will be the third sibling in the 'S' series of the tablet by the Samsung that will replace the Galaxy Tab S2 that was released in September last year. The Galaxy Tab S2 is available in two different screen sizes of 8-inch and 9.7-inch full HD display.

It has Snapdragon 625 chipset, 3 GB RAM with 32 GB and 64 GB of native storage. It was equipped with 8-megapixel rear camera and 2.1-megapixel front camera. The variant with 9.7-inch screen includes 5,870 mAh battery to keeps the light on. It was priced at $499.
