If new reports are anything to go by, the Pokemon Eevee just hatches from 5 kilometers eggs.

Pokemon Go gamers got eggs in the game after leveling up or occasionally after visiting PokeStops. Every egg has a corresponding amount of needed steps, ranging from 2 kilometers to 10 kilometers.

Earlier, Eevee was included in the roster of creatures hatching from eggs that needed 10 kilometers worth of steps.

Also, according to reports, Rattata and Pidgey will no longer hatch from Pokemon eggs. Now, rarer creatures will appear more frequently. Where Zubat, Rattata and Pidgey were usually found will now also include lesser-seen creatures, Forbes reported.

Niantic will reportedly decrease the spawn rates for Zubat, Rattata and Pidgey.

According to the game's Twitter account, Willow has found that Rattata and Pidgey no longer hatch from Pokemon eggs. Also, he discovered that the Pokemon Eevee hatches from 5 kilometers eggs only.

Users such as those from The Silph Road and diehard fans may be the type of gamers who will find the update more significant compared with the casual gamers of Pokemon Go.

In Pokemon Go, gamers can obtain more creatures by hatching eggs, of which there are three types - 10km, 2km and 5km. This figure represents how far players require to walk for the egg to hatch and give them a new Pokemon.

However, from the very beginning, gamers have complained about the agonizing experience of walking many kms, only to get something very common such as a Pidgey that they run into dozens of times every day already.

On social media, Pokemon Go gamers celebrated the news, something that has become increasingly uncommon with a game that players are generally complaining about.

Since its release in July, the mobile game gone through server crashes, a lack of communication between the players and the game designers, the removal of key features and a shrinking gamer base, causing several gamers to give up on the app completely.

However, at present, many additions have slowly gotten some of the gamers back on board like the newest Halloween event followed by the announcement of everyday quests that will give Pokemon Go gamers an incentive to check in on the app everyday.
