New "Final Fantasy XV" details will feature new gameplay videos, an Active Time Report this week and Hajime Tabata not working on "FFXV" sequels.
Square Enix announced that a new Active Time Report for "Final Fantasy XV" dubbed the “Paris Games Week Report+” on Nov. 10 at 17:00 JST (12:00 a.m. PT / 3:00 a.m. ET). The upcoming episode will feature some of the highlights of the sequel during the Paris Games Week event last month and will likely reveal new gameplay details an upcoming features that are not been announced by Square Enix, Gematsu reported.
Aside from the new Active Time Report, Japanese game website 4Gamer launched several gameplay videos for "Final Fantasy XV" highlighting Noctis' fight with Titan and the gangs infiltration of the Niflheim base. The gameplay videos will gamers more insight on "Final Fantasy XV's" sphere grid system, more customization on the Regalia and its damaged animation, and new outfits for Noctis and the gang.
In addition, players will also encounter new monsters in "Final Fantasy XV" that looks like a giant toad and a crab.
Meanwhile, game director Hajime Tabata stated that he will not be making more sequels for "Final Fantasy XV" anytime soon. He told Gamespot that they have no current plans to continue the story of Noctis and the gang after the events of the game.
Tabata explained that although Square Enix may work on a sequel for "Final Fantasy XV" in a business perspectuve, but on a personal level, gaming fans have been waiting for "Final Fantasy XV" for a very long time and wants them to keep enjoying it whenever they can and would probably want see how the gamers react when the sequel is out and how they feel about it in the end.
Square Enix previously announced a load of DLC coming to "Final Fantasy XV", which featured online multiplayer for the game, were in other players can control Gladiolus, Ignis and Prompto. The online multiplayer will feature more locations that are not found in the main game.
Episode Gladiolus will be the first DLC to come out followed by Episode Ignis and Episode Prompto being the last one. Game producer Haruyoshi Sawatari stated that each of the character-based episodes will feature new gameplay elements and systems that change the way the gameplay works, based around the personality and the style of character that stars in them.
Noctis' love interest Lunafreya Nox Flueret is also hinted as a playable character in "Final Fantasy XV", if the gaming fans demanded it and will discuss about it with the developers.
"Final Fantasy XV" will launch on Nov. 29 for PS4 and Xbox One consoles.
