Now, there is a built-in pause when players defeat a gym leader, to prevent sniping. To get the new update, Pokemon Go players should check in their iOS or Android app store for the newest update to the game.
For iOS devices, the update will be version 1.15.0 and for Android devices, the update will be version 0.45.0. It will not yet be immediately available. According to Niantic Labs, it could take some time for the update to be available for all.
Players who have their phone set to receive updates automatically should check to see if they have the update by playing Pokemon Go.
The update normally begins propagating on Android straight away; however, it is normally released in stages. It means that a few areas will receive the Android update before others.
Also, the update was submitted to Cupertino-based Apple, but occasionally the software company can take up to two days or longer to review and get their updates out. The update should be available to most individuals within a day or two.

Players will receive 2,400 stardust and 2,000 XP after 7 consecutive days, Wired UK reported. Each day, Pokemon go gamers will receive a bonus of 500 XP for the first Pokestop that they spin.
Furthermore, they will receive extra items for every Pokestop spin. Speculations are doing the rounds that incubators may be among these items. Players will receive a greater number of extra items and 2,000 XP after 7 consecutive days.
