Fresh information coming from Barclays Research analysts have revealed that Apple will be releasing three iPad Pro models. The upcoming iPads are expected to be launched in March 2017.
Barclays Research analysts has been consistently revealing information on iPhone 8 that will release next year. The same source is now claiming that Apple would be releasing iPad Pro in screen sizes of 9.7-inch, 10.9-inch and 12.9-inch.
The 9.7-inch and 12.9-inch IPad Pro models will be upgraded models of the existing models. Fresh information suggests that a new iPad Pro model with a 10.9-inch will be coming with a bezeless design.
The 9.7-inch model would be coming with entry-level specifications even though it includes 'Pro' in its name. It will be coming with an affordable pricing and it is expected to cost above the existing iPad Mini.
The existing 12.9-inch iPad Pro lacks True Tone display feature that is available on the current 9.7-inch iPad Pro. Fresh information indicates that Apple will be adding True Tone feature to the 12.9-inch iPad Pro (2017).
It will be also coming with ambient light sensor that is available on the current 9.7-inch device, Apple Insider reported. Like the current 9.7-inch iPad Pro, the larger 12.9-inch iPad Pro (2017) would be coming with a 12-megapixel iSight camera with True Tone flash.
The bezel-less design for 10.9-inch iPad Pro also suggest that it won't feature a Home button, MacRumors reported. All the three iPad Pro models are expected to feature quad microphones and 3.5 mm audio jacks.
iPhone 8 to Be Based on 10.9-inch iPad Pro?
Early rumors have been continuously stating that the iPhone 8 would be arriving with a bezel-less screen. The iPhone 8 would be releasing in September 2017. However, the bezel-less 10.9-inch iPad Pro is rumored to arrive in March 2017. Hence, this iPad Pro is expected to give us a sneak peek at the bezel-less design of iPhone 8.
No iPad Mini 5?
Fresh details also suggest that the Cupertino company would not be releasing iPad Mini 4's successor next year. However, previous rumors have stated that iPad Mini 5 release date is slated in October 2017.
