Fresh news suggest an upgraded version of the of OnePlus 3 called OnePlus 3T will be releasing on Nov. 15. Its teaser image has surfaced ahead of alleged launch date.
OnePlus 3T has been in rumours for some time while. The phone's chip manufacturer, Qualcomm had recently revealed on Twitter that a new OnePlus is all set to launch its new phone on Nov. 15 with Snapdragon 821 chipset with 2.35 GHz speed.
The Weibo account of OnePlus has teased a drawing of the alleged smartphone that can be seen standing in front a mirror. This indicates that OnePlus 3T may come with an elegant design. A 'T' badge can be seen on its screen.
Previous rumors had revealed that OnePlus 3T would be launching on Nov. 14, but it seems that OnePlus and Qualcomm have confirmed that Nov. 15 is the actual launch date.
OnePlus did not share much details about the upcoming phone. However, according to the previous rumors, the OnePlus 3T will come with 5.5-inch AMOLED screen with the full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
With Snapdragon 821 onboard, the performance of OnePlus 3T is expected to be faster than the previous model. Like the OnePlus 3, the 3T smartphone is pegged to continue to feature 6 GB of RAM.
The smartphone is likely to include the Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box The phone will feature 16-megapixel back camera. It will come packed with higher battery of around 3,300 mAh capacity, PhoneArena reported.
It is not clear whether the phone's design will have a similarity with the OnePlus 3. It is rumored to come with the aluminium body, BGR reported. These are still guesses as the entire specifications and pricing will be soon revealed at the unveil event in London next week.
As mentioned above, the OnePlus 3T will be arriving as upgraded version of OnePlus that was released earlier this year. OnePlus 3 comes with 5.5-inch AMOLED screen Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. It comes with full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset with Adreno 530 graphics.
The OnePlus 3 comes with 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of inbuilt storage. It is run by Android OS, v6.0.1 Marshmallow. The device sport 16-megapixel rear camera and 8-megapixel front camera. It is packed Non-removable Li-Ion 3000 mAh battery and has a fingerprint sensor.
