Taylor Swift on alleged sexual assault: 'It was completely intentional'

Although the court previously conceded to Taylor Swift in keeping the photograph of the alleged groping incident away from the public eyes, the photo has surfaced and gone viral on the Internet. Further rulings also ordered that any other evidence that supports the case should not be withheld.

The said photo was released by TMZ where the legal team of the alleged DJ groper, David Mueller, also stated that the picture "does not prove a thing other than he did not have his hand underneath her skirt" which countered Swift's claim that Mueller reached up under her dress.

Swift, on the other hand, stood firm on her claims, saying that "It was completely intentional, I've never been so sure of anything in my life." The singer further recalled how traumatizing the event was for her, as Billboard reported, "I remember being frantic, distressed, feeling violated in a way I had never experienced before."

As for further rulings, this means that the July 26 deposition transcript of the "Shake It Off" singer which narrates the incident wherein Mueller touched her inappropriately is now accessible to everyone. "He took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my ass cheek and no matter how much I scooted over it was still there," Taylor Swift testified, as per the transcript of the said deposition obtained by the media outlet.

The alleged groping incident took place on June 2013 during Taylor Swift's pre-concert meet-and-greet with fans in Denver, Colorado. After the independent investigation carried out by KYGO where Mueller worked at the time, the DJ was terminated by his employer. Thus, prompting him to file a suit against the "Bad Blood" singer in 2015.

Mueller claimed that he lost his job due to this false accusation of Swift. Although the DJ first claimed that he did not commit the alleged sexual assault, he later claimed that if he ever did, it was an accident, explaining that he posed at the last minute before the photograph was taken, thus, the awkward position. Mueller rather hopes that the photo which the "Better Man" songwriter want sealed would help him on the court.

Meanwhile, Swift plans to donate any money she might win in the case to charitable organizations for victims of sexual assault.
