Whenever we work out, music is a big help as it sets your mood and motivates you to really get into the daily grind. And Gwyneth Paltrow is not an exception to that rule as she recently released her playlist for the public to enjoy.

According to E! News, Paltrow noted that anything Beyonce is in her playlist and it keeps her workout better. Her celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson also chimed in saying that you can never have a good workout without good music. Anderson combined Beats by Dre and a great workout music to create her #BeatsHourofPower playlist.

Anderson shares, "I played some house music for Gwyneth one Friday and she wasn't feelin' it and was like, 'Let's get some Beyoncé up in here!' Music is such a big part of my workouts, you've really got to feel the music and get into it. If you don't love the song you're not going to work your hardest."

Anderson also noted that they are seriously thinking about playing just Beyonce songs every Friday for her class in Beverly Hills, California. Paltrow is reportedly the one most excited if that happens and if it's going to be implemented.

Beyonce's song possibly is really helping her as there is a significant change in the body of Paltrow and she is working really hard for that gorgeous abs.

Anderson also shared that her other clients such as Lena Dunham listens to Bleachers while Jennifer Lopez has Nick Jonas' "Jealous" on repeat whenever they work out.

Meanwhile, Paltrow was spotted recently at an event called the Inaugural Los Angeles Fatherhood Lunch to benefit the Baby Buggy and she talked about his father. According to Daily Mail Online, the event was launched by Jerry Seinfeld and it is to show support to fathers out there who feel like they are struggling.
