"Once Upon A Time" is close to reaching the second half of its Season 6 story arc where viewers already witnessed several plot twists in earlier episodes of the ABC show. Aladdin (Deniz Akdeniz) turned into a genie, Snow (Ginnifer Goodwin) and Prince Charming (Josh Dallas) were cursed with a sleeping spell where both characters cannot be awake at the same time, and more.

In the upcoming midseason 6 winter finale, two big story twists will happen that will affect the lives of beloved characters, according to de Ravin. In an interview with TVLine, the cast member shared that one of the "really big twists" will make avid "Once Upon A Time" fans happy, but the second plot twist will be scary.

The actress teased that some viewers may even become "confused" with how the second story twist will affect future episodes of the ABC series. However, de Ravin did not disclose other details about the said midseason finale story twist.

When asked about Belle and Rumple's relationship, as well as the two characters' newborn son, she teased that the estranged couple will face one of the biggest hurdles in their long history together. Moreover, given Belle's sacrifice where she sent her newborn son away to protect him from Rumple, her actions may result in some unexpected consequences, according to de Ravin.

Meanwhile, "Once Upon A Time" Season 6 episode 10 will force Belle and Rumple to work together to keep their son safe from an "unimaginable danger," according to episode spoilers posted on Spoilers Guide. Emma's wish to live a different life may change her destiny as a Storybrooke's Savior, while Regina (Lara Parrilla) will embark on a solo mission to rescue Emma from an alternate reality.

The midseason 6 finale of "Once Upon A Time" will air on Dec. 4, Sunday, on ABC. Watch the trailer for the upcoming episode 10 below:
