Similar to previous installments to the "Final Fantasy" gaming franchise, gaining experience points to level up a player's in-game character is a critical gameplay element. Game developers have even added several options that a gamer can acquire experience points in "Final Fantasy 15."

One way is to complete side quests that can reward experience points when a challenge is accomplished and reported as complete, according to gaming tips posted on VG247. Defeating the many enemies that may appear during a side quest also grants experience points aside from the challenge completion rewards.

Another "Final Fantasy 15" gaming tip involves eating some of Ignis' cooked meals such as the Stacked Ham sandwich, Mother & Child rice bowl and the Royal Banquet Canape. The said meals can add experience points of 30 percent up to 50 percent.

Moreover, consuming meals at in-game restaurants can also reward a gamer's character with a boost in experience points. Meals such as the Galdin Gratin will add a 10 percent experience point boost, while the Fat Chocobo Triple Decker and the Fine Caviar Canape will increase experience points to 50 percent.

However, an important "Final Fantasy 15" gaming tip is to have game characters sleep off their adventures in various in-game hotels and accommodations. Described as "banking," sleeping in select locations can result in an experience point bonus.

Checking in at specific in-game lodgings such as the Royal Suite at The Leville can add triple the number of experience points after completing a series of side quest challenges, according to gaming tips posted on iDigital Times. Apart from The Leville, sleeping at The Quayside Cradle can yield double experience points while staying in other accommodations can multiply the experience points from 1.1 to 1.5 times its original amount.

"Final Fantasy 15" was released on Nov. 29 for PS4 and Xbox One. Learn more about the game in the clip below:
