Pitt and Jolie's six children namely twins Knox and Vivienne, Shiloh, Zahara, Pax and Maddox will be under the care of their mother, according to the former couple's custody agreement, as obtained by Entertainment Tonight. Agreed by both parties on Oct. 26 and approved by the court on Dec. 2, the custody agreement contains specific stipulations where Pitt will continue to have scheduled and therapist-monitored visitations with the children.

A family therapist, whose focus is to "consider the best interests of the minor children" at all times, will determine the schedule of Pitt's visits. The former Hollywood couple and their children will also be supported with "safe harbor" therapy sessions to be conducted by a team of five mental health professionals.

Apart from the therapy sessions, counselling and scheduled visitations, Pitt will also continue to undergo random drug and alcohol testing. The actor previously volunteered to subject himself to the said tests following claims of child abuse, however, the FBI already cleared Pitt of the said allegations.

Meanwhile, a source told Entertainment Tonight that Jolie has remained by her children's side since the former couple announced their separation. At this point, it is also unclear if Pitt will be granted visits for the upcoming Christmas holiday. The source stated, "If a child says they don't want to see Brad on Christmas, the psychiatrist isn't going to force them."

Despite the estranged couple's custody agreement, it appears that Jolie would still want Pitt to have better access to their children. An insider told Us Weekly that the "Maleficent" actress has been house hunting in the Los Angeles area. The insider explained, "She's currently looking into buying a new house in L.A. so the kids can remain close to their father."

Jolie and Pitt announced their separation in mid-September. Learn more about the former couple's custody agreement in the clip below:
