The latest details and possible spoilers for "Young Justice" season 3 will feature Wally West's return and new characters joining the Team.
Several rumors are making rounds regarding the possible first arc for "Young Justice" season 3 as former team member Wally West/Kid Flash could return to the show. Wally's return could be the major focus of season 3's episodes as he sacrificed his life to save the world during season 2 finale of "Young Justice", GameNGuide reported.
Wally West in "Young Justice" was one of the founding members of the Team along with Dick Grayson/Robin and Kaldur'ahm/Aqualad. The Team soon added Conner Kent/Superboy, Megan Morse/Miss Martian, Artemis Crock/Artemis, Zatanna, Raquel Ervin/Rocket and Roy Harper/ Red Arrow.
The Team expanded to even greated heights as season 2 introduced Tim Drake, Batgirl, Blue Beetle, Impulse, Arsenal, Bumble Bee, Wonder Girl and many more.
"Young Justice" season 3 will likely introduce a new generation of young heroes that help both the Team and the Justice League in their fight against the villanous group known as The Light. Some of these heroes include Damien Wayne/Robin, Kara-Zor El/ Supergirl, Starfire, Raven and Cassandra Cain/Batgirl, ComicBook reported.
Other characters that fans want to see are Speedy, Vibe, Silver Banshee and Jess Quick.
As for the other possible plots for season 3, it will likely start off in a five year gap similar to season 2 or even more as new members of "The Team" will be joining the senior members and the Justice League.There is also a possibility that Wall West could return from his "death" in season 2 and will likely be similar to the DC Rebirth storyline.
Darkseid could also be a factor in "Young Justice" season 3 as the possible main villain of the show. He was last seen in season 2 finale meeting Vandal Savage along with Desaad and news anchorman G. Gordon Godfrey.
YouTube channel Emergency Awesome added that Darkseid could invade earth and possibly defeat the Justice League. With League incapacitated, the Team will likely step up to the challenge as earth's defenders. The YouTuber also addressed the possibility of a new Doctor Strange as Zatana will likely free her father Zatara from the service of Nabu. Zatara will be replaced by someone and name dropped Khalid Nassour, a med student in the comics.
Another possible storyline for "Young Justice" Season 3 will have Roy Harper/Arsenal form his new team since he does not want to play by the rules of the Team and Justice League. The Outlaws could be featured in season 3 as the team consist of Arsenal, Jason Todd/Red Hood and Starfire. Perhaps Jason could be resurrected as Red Hood and Starfire could be a former member of the team by the time season 3 starts.
There is no announcement of the premier date for "Young Justice" season 3.
