"Arrow" Season 5 just aired its midseason episode which revealed that Laurel Lance (Katie Cassidy) could be alive.

While speaking with TV Line, lead star Stephen Amell reminded fans that people cannot come back from the dead. So that fact that Laurel appeared in the episode means that something might have happened. The actor, who plays the role of Oliver Queen, thinks that someone else is just assuming the role of Laurel. When the series returns with a new episode in January, viewers will learn the truth behind the female character's visit to Star City.

Fans of Laurel were all pleased to see the character in the midseason finale. Some fans also said that they do not really care who is behind the reviving the character, but are just happy to see her back on the show. Some fans are also urging the writers of the hit The CW series to come up with a way to invite Cassidy back on the show. Others threatened to stop watching "Arrow" until Laurel is officially back.

Meanwhile, Amell opened up about episodes 10 to 13 and said that the developments that will be shown in the installments freaked him out. Promethues will continue to be part of the episodes. "This was the first script in a long time where I read what happened in Act V and it legitimately freaked me out. Ultimately where we go in episodes 10, 11, 12, 13 is a very cool development. And it certainly raises the stakes for Mr. Prometheus," he said.

In other news, The CW just dropped a sneak peak from episode 10, titled, "Who Are You." The clip opens with Oliver telling Diggle (David Ramsey) that Laurel's Earth-1 counterpart is back. The lead character also told Diggle that it is time for them to find a way to get the latter out of jail. Diggle is hesitant at first and he reminded Oliver of what happened when he tried to get him out previously. But the best friends will definitely come up with a plan in the next episode.

"Arrow" Season 5, episode 10 will air on The CW on Jan. 25 at 8 p.m. EST.
