"Running Man" stars Song Ji-Hyo and Kim Jong-Kook are showing off their magnanimous side. Latest reports claimed the two will be donating the rest of their appearance fees to a charity.

Song and Kim's charitable plan came to light when an official from Song's agency, Make You Company, spilled the beans to The Kpop Herald on Dec. 19, Monday. In consideration of the recent controversy, the two cast members had agreed to put together all the appearance fees they will receive and use it for a good cause.

"Song Ji-Hyo and Kim Jong-kook have agreed to put together the appearance fees they will receive between next week and the end of the program in February, and use them for society," the official said. "Discussions are still under way about when and how this will take place."

The official went ahead to say Song and Kim's decision to donate most likely arose from their feelings of gratefulness toward all viewers at home and abroad for their unending support. More details about the said charitable plan will be revealed soon.

This comes after it was reported that Song and Kim would be re-joining "Running Man" until the end of its run. It is said that the two agreed to stay at their posts for the sake of all the viewers, as well as out of their loyalty to the popular variety show.

Meanwhile, fans can see Song in JTBC's upcoming beauty program "Song Ji-Hyo's Beauty View." The show, which is slated to air on Jan. 19, 2017, will provide one on one discussions about beauty regimen, skin care tips and more.

"Song Ji Hyo is a national star with a lovely, bright, healthy image, who's active in dramas and variety shows," the show's producer told All Kpop. "However, she is a beginner in beauty. She desires to learn about beauty through the program and wants to share easy beauty tips with people who are not familiar with beauty themselves."
