Dimps and Bandai Namco's out of this world fighting title - "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" will be getting a new downloadable content (DLC) making fans play it even more. Aside from the new game modes and other add-ons, what players anticipate the most are the latest inductees of playable characters that will be added to the growing roster of combatants within the game.

Having that mentioned, the new game segment is said to bring into the fray some of the characters that were recently spotted in "Dragon Ball Super" such as Vados and Lord Champa, per Attack of the Fanboy. Faithfuls of the mythos are well oriented to the fact that these two are in-charge of the sixth Universe where the latter is the so-called "god of destruction" and brother of Universe 7's Lord Beerus. Vados, on the other hand, is Lord Champa's mentor and a sister to Whis which is the teacher of Beerus.

The new content also comes with other add-ons like the so-called "awoken skills" for both Son Goku and the assassin Hit. The former can now use the "Kaioken" whilst in his "Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan" (SSGSS) form while the latter has this "Pure Progress," Wccftech noted.

Players may also seek guidance from some of "Dragon Ball's" formidable heroes and foes in exchange for acquiring new skills to be taught by them. Such characters include Bardock, Android 16, Future Gohan, Cooler, and even Whis himself.

Meanwhile, fans who have secured a season pass will be getting additional playable characters like Cabba from Universe 6, the abovementioned Hit, and the Frieza look-alike, Frost. It was also highlighted in the DLC's teaser that other "Dragon Ball Super" characters like the Super Saiyan Rose,  SSGSS Vegito, and even Zamasu will also be stashed in the season pass content.
