Seventeen has been busy promoting their album "Going Seventeen." The 13-member boy group managed to attract a huge crowd in their first fan signing event as part of their promotions.

Only 100 fans were invited to the fan signing through an album lottery; however, over 3,000 fans came to see the open fan signing held at Seoul Coex Live Plaza on Dec. 18, Allkpop reported. With the huge number of people filling up the mall, the fan signing even looked more like a mini concert show.

In other related news, the boy group teamed up with the YouTube channel MOMO X for their "Blackbox Live" segment and gave Gukak High School a surprise performance.

Kim Won Kyung, a student at Gukak High School posted a comment in MOMO X's recent video, wishing that Seventeen will come to her high school. She wished for Seventeen to perform in front of the student body in hopes of giving her fellow classmates a break from school and to give them an unforgettable experience as third year students.

According to Allkpop, the boy group responded to the comment, and discreetly infiltrated the school's auditorium, in which an announcement was made throughout the school that a "special event" would be happening.

Seventeen performed their newest song "Boom Boom" and also performed "Very Nice" as encore performance. Before the performance, Seungkwan expressed that he always wanted to perform at a school. Seems like his wishes and the students of Gukak High School came true.
