The game maker has added the Poland expansion in the widely played strategy title that is packed with unique features alongside the empire's first ever female monarch - Queen Jadwiga who also goes by the moniker, Queen Hedwig.

The latest segment of the game has already caught the interest of most players as it dons a unique attribute where it lords over adjacent tiles owned by a friendly civ provided that it already established and strengthened its perimeter on a certain area in the game.

Meanwhile, the queen has the ability to increase the value of all the relics at hand including her holy sites' efficacy. Moreover, Poland's heavily-armored cavalry unit - the Winged Hussar is also showcased in the recently released DLC which is a formidable group in crushing enemy defenses, according to Steam's website.

Just like Jadwiga's unique ability, Poland's Cloth Hall (Sukiennice) will add production and gold total on both of its foreign and internal trade routes respectively.

Aside from the Poland segment, the game is also added with a Vikings content where players get to assume the roles of Nordic history's legendary Viking commanders, namely Olof Skotkonung of Sweden, Norway's Harald Hardrada, and King Canute from Denmark. Furthermore, the Viking DLC also brought in new cities and other known Nordic backdrops, Eurogamer stated.

Reports also suggest that both of the segments are priced at $5 which is already a steal considering the stuff players will be getting.
