The only significant detail of the cyborg character that has been showcased by the developer is the twin mini-gun arms that Kilgore possesses. Thus, allowing a more distinct feature to that of another cyborg veteran character Fulgore.

With the latest addition of character Kilgore in the "K.I." franchise, the question of its potential role in the highly speculated "Killer Instinct / Mortal Kombat" crossover now comes into the equation. Although there is still no confirmation of the crossover yet, some fans are already excited to unlock and use the hidden features of Kilgore come the crossover period.

It can be remembered that over the past months, Ed Boon has been teasing "Mortal Kombat/ Killer Instinct" fans of the said crossover plan. According to GameRant, series co-creator Ed Boo loves the "K.I." franchise and that he is thinking of the potential crossover of characters of the said game. Moreover, Boon also mentioned that if ever a "K.I. / Mortal Kombat" crossover will happen, it would definitely be an Xbox exclusive based on the report.

That being said, if indeed a crossover will be happening, the latest "Killer Instinct" character could be one of the potential candidates as it would need more exposure and display of features. However, it is still too early to think of such possibility, for the response and demands of gamers after Kilgore's release would be one of the barometers for its inclusion in the highly speculated crossover.
