PokeStops will give one single-use Incubator every day after a player's first Photo Disc spin. The second PokeStop players hit on any day will give up a one-time-only egg incubator.

During this time period, as players go to PokeStops, there will be a higher chance of finding eggs that hatch Pichu, Togepi and many other Pokemon. Also, Pikachu that wear festive hats will be staying around a bit longer.

From the afternoon of December 30 this year through the afternoon of January 8 next year

It will be easier to capture Venusaur, Ivysaur, Charizard, Charmeleon, Blastoise, Charmander, Wartortle, Squirtle and Bulbasaur during this period, Forbes reported. Furthermore, Lure Modules will last for 60 min instead of 30 min.

Last December 12, Niantic Labs has rolled out the newest update for the game introducing new set of pocket creatures to people called the second generation Pokemons. Furthermore,  Pokemon Go website reported that the company has released the limited edition of Santa Hut Pikachu.

The Pokemons such as Togepi, Elekid, Smoochum, Pichu, Magby, Cleffa and Igglybuff can be hatched using the new eggs obtained from the rollout date of Pokemon Go updates last December 12. Gamers will be compelled to get rid of the old eggs first before attempting to hatch the new eggs.

According to reports, the game does not provide any options to get rid of the old eggs except from walking a distance enough to hatch the egg before putting the new eggs in the incubator.

Players can also incubate the new and old eggs at the same time and keep track on it regularly to be able to know which eggs hatch first.

Tips to evolve Togepi

It is one of the new baby from the 2nd generation of Pokemons and by evolving the fairy-type creature, the gamers will have its grown-up version Togetic. From hatching Togepi, gamers will obtain the moves such as Psyshock, Dazzling Gleam, Zen Headbutt and Ancient Power for battle.

Since second generation monster Togepi comes from a 5 kilometer egg, the process of evolution needs a lot of walking and 50 candies. Togepi will evolve to Togekiss after evolving to Togetic.
