Bangtan Boys, better known as BTS, is becoming an established South Korean boy band in the international scene. Nearly three months after its release, their second studio album "Wings" continues to dominate the music charts.

On Dec. 22, "Wings" was selected as the best Kpop album of 2016 by Billboard. The American music chart branded the album as a good example for any band attempting to move forward while simultaneously establishing its different members.

The said album contains 15 tracks and seven solo songs recorded by each member. Co-writing and producing on each track, the seven-member group just proved how they can compete with other top Kpop acts.

The music chart also described BTS' music as "forward-thinking," referring to the album's lead single "Blood, Sweat & Tears'" EDM sound and lyrics that discussed the darker side of mental health issues. Further, each member is given a solo track to showcase his own vocal timbre and preferred style.

BTS soared high in popularity at home and abroad this year, gaining momentum as the leading K-pop artist in the three years since its debut. Due to their immense popularity, they have added three tour dates across the United States for its "2017 BTS Live Trilogy Episode III - The Wings Tour," Fuse TV reported.

The additional tour dates will commence on March 23, 2017 at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. It will then be followed on March 29, 2017, at the Allstate Arena, before BTS makes its way to the Honda Center in Anaheim, California on April 2, 2017.

The upcoming "2017 BTS Live Trilogy Episode III The Wings Tour" will be the group's largest North American shows to date. It also marks their first time to host solo stadium tours in the U.S.
