One Punch Man is an anime TV series produced by Madhouse based from a Japanese webcomic created by One.
The latest details and spoilers for "One Punch Man" season 2 will feature Metal Knight as a future adversary and Amai Mask discovering Saitama's weakness.
Several rumors are making rounds regarding one character in the "One Punch Man" series discovering the true source of Saitama's unbelievable power. This character happens to Class A Rank 1 Hero Amai Mask, who is hinted to discover Saitama's power will be a huge threat to the latter in "One Punch Man" season 2, MovieNewsGuide reported.
Amai Mask is powerful and popular hero, who also works as an actor and singer. Amai Mask believes that heroes should be a perfect example to the public and if the heroes cannot protect them, they must strive to be stronger.
However, underneath his heroic popularity, he has a darker personality, believing that "evil" should be exterminated quickly as he mercilessly killed the capture crew of the Dark Matter Thieves without giving it a second thought.
Amai Mask also mocked the rest of the S-Class heroes for their "failure" in saving City A and stated that the only reason he stayed as number one in the A-Class because he believes that those who are worthy of an S-class should get it and he will decides if the hero is worthy enough to earn the title. Amai Mask will have a peak interest on Saitama and his abilities, as he might exploit it for his own means in the anime series.
In other news, a new potential villain that Saitama will face in "One Punch Man" season 2 is another member of the Hero Association.
This hero happens to be S-Class Rank 7 Hero Bofoi a.k.a. Metal Knight. He is an old ,an with white hair that always wears a lab coat. Dr Bofoi is a hero who is more obsess in high form of technology than having compassion with others that will not benefit him anything. He has a habit of collecting remnants or useful parts for his technology like the wreckage of the Dark Matter Thieve's ship. One thing is for sure that will make Dr Bofoi mysterious is because of what Drive Knight told Genos about him, saying Metal Knight should not be trusted and he is their "true" enemy.
Metal Knight always use his weapons to battle any threat or Mysterious Beings in "One Punch Man" anime. He has the reputation of having and using powerful weaponry to pulverize his opponents. In addition, Bofoi has a great piloting skills as he controls multiple robots during battle.
The reason for Metal Knight to hate Saitam is due to several spoilers from the manga hinting that Saitama destroyed his robots and ruined his reputation by making his technology not safe for the people because it was easily beaten by Saitama, GameNGuide reported.
In that momment, Bofoi will habor a grudge against Saitama at the same time peak an interest of him due to his insane power.
Twitter username MotoGP Update tweeted that the plot for "One Punch Man" season 2 could be the "Garou" arc. The "Garou" arc or the "Hero Hunt" arc will feature Saitama's encounter with S-Class Rank 3 Bang/Silver Fang's student Garou.
Silver Fang took Garou in his dojo and trained him the "Water Stream Rock" style of martial arts. As a child, Garou rooted for villains instead of heroes and took out almost every student in the dojo to demonstrate his power. Silver Fang had no choice, but to exile Garou from his dojo as the latter learned different martial arts styles to increase his power. Garou will have an instant dislike towards Saitama when they meet during the "Hero Hunt" arc.
"One Punch Man" season 2 will launch sometime in 2017.
