1.       Add more greens to your diet

Re-alkalising your system or adding supergreens to your diet helps your body detoxify safely and quickly, according to MirrorOnline. This will not only help you flush unwanted fats and toxins from your body, this is also a great way to boost your immune system. This supergreen powder can just be purchased at any health food shop.

2.       Increase your water intake

This is a very simple, yet a very effective way to lose weight. Whenever you feel hungry, try to drink a pint of water because according to research, people mistake thirst for hunger. But if you still feel hungry even after drinking water, then you would know that it is already time to eat.

3.       Take time to chew your food thoroughly

According to Authority Nutrition, how well you chew your food and how fast you finish your meals can affect your weight. One study has found that fast eaters are more likely to obese than those who eat slowly. So on your next meal, you might want to observe how fast you chew and try to slow it down by counting the number of times you chew each bite.

4.       Make sure unhealthy foods are out of sight

The sight of unhealthy foods like sweets and starchy foods is tempting and it can only increase your hunger and cravings making you want to eat more. Make an effort to keep them in a place where you cannot easily see them especially when you are feeling hungry, and instead keep the healthy foods visible especially when you open your fridge.
