While speaking with TV Line, executive producer Shonda Rhimes said that the two will find themselves in situations they have never been in before. Previously, some of Huck and Quinn's most memorable moments include the two of them kissing. There was also one instance when Huck threatened to pull out all of Quinn's teeth. Quinn also tried to manipulate Huck when she thought that he was not being loyal to the Gladiators and Olivia.

Meanwhile, the first 10 minutes of Season 6, episode 1 are not to be missed. Rhimes promises that the name of the new president of the United States will be revealed within this timeframe. In the midseason finale, Mellie Grant (Bellamy Young) ran for president, and Governor Francisco Vargas (Ricardo Chavira) went up against her.

Elsewhere, it seems that Olivia and President Fitzgerald Grant (Tony Goldwyn) will not get back together anytime soon. Previously, Olivia made it clear that she is on an evolutionary journey to self-discovery. This means that she did not want to be tied to any man.

In other news, Mellie and Marcus, one of the members of the Gladiators, almost kissed each other in the finale episode for Season 5. Even though their chemistry is palpable, Rhimes said that whatever may happen to the two characters wil not have a negative impact on Mellie's political goals.

Meanwhile, ABC just dropped a series of photos from "Scandal" Season 6, episode 1. Some of the photos featured Olivia and President Fitz having a conversation at the White House. Another photo showed Mellie with a huge a grin on her face as though to say that she is the new president of the United States.

"Scandal" Season 6, episode 1 will air on ABC on Jan. 19 at 9 p.m. EST.
