"The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" regularly posts artworks and its most recent post on its Facebook page hints the return of a familiar merchant in the series. The person in question is no other than Beedle the Merchant.

The official Facebook page of the game has made a post that got people thinking and talking, as one of the images feature an obscurely present figure eerily familiar. Unfortunately, the image is not of the best quality, so it will take careful analysis and strained eyes to see what it holds.

However, according to Game Rant, the character can be identified based on the certain aspects taken into account from previous games. With this, it can be concluded that the figure in the image has to be Beedle the Merchant.

Of course, there is still no official announcement about the matter from Nintendo. The consensus however is that it is indeed Beedle and that he is rumored to return in "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" to offer merchandise to Link.

Further evidence of the figure's similarity with Beedle can be seen in the image, like the beedle-themed apparel as well as the color and shape of the figure's hair. The most believable piece of evidence is the large bag the character is carrying about, which has the shape of a beetle.

Regardless, the truth will come to light once the game is released. After all, according to Euro Gamer, "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" is back on track for its March release along with the Nintendo Switch. The situation is true for both Japan and North America, but it is yet to be certain for the rest of the world.

The publication further reports that its sources said that Nintendo finalized its plans and had a change of heart. This is due to the fact that the Nintendo Switch needs to have the strongest launch lineup possible, and that can only be achieved with the latest "Legend of Zelda" game.
