"How to Get Away With Murder" Season 3, episode 10 may name either Annalise Keating (Viola Davis) or Bonnie (Liza Weil) as Wes Gibbins' (Alfred Enoch) killer.

In the promo released by ABC for "We're Bad People," Annalise is seen rotting behind bars, but not necessarily for killing Wes. The manipulative yet smart lead character may have plotted something to make it look like she is the victim when in fact, she is really the one responsible for her student's demise.

But other than Annalise, there is one character that has not yet been convicted for any of the crimes she has committed since Season 1. Liza Weil's Bonnie was responsible for killing Wes' then girlfriend, Rebecca (Katie Findlay), but she was not busted for it.

Bonnie is also known for always doing what she is told by Annalise, and she is extremely loyal to her boss. This is why it is possible that when Bonnie realized that Wes was trying to send Annalise to jail, she decided to get rid of him.

While speaking with Entertainment Weekly, Weil believes that her character was not responsible for Wes' death. In fact, the actress also thinks that none of the members of the Keating Five were responsible for killing and then burning Wes' body inside Annalise's home.

"There is going to be an ongoing exploration of the Mahoneys. I think that might come into play. It certainly makes me, as Liza, feel better to think that this was not done at one of our hands," she said.

Meanwhile, executive producer Pete Nowalk reminded fans that everyone is a suspect whenever someone dies in the show. Unfortunately, none of the cast members have any idea if their character is responsible for Wes' death because they have not yet filmed the episode reveal. In episode 10, it seems that only flashbacks will be shown to reveal the name of the killer.

"How to Get Away With Murder" Season 3, episode 10 will air on ABC on Jan. 19 at 10 p.m. EST.
