With the start of a new year, avid "The Sims 4" gamers can look forward to a slew of new content to be added to Electronic Arts' popular life simulation game. Leaked game files hinted of the game's Vampire-themed DLC with a new occult-based perk system, new Sim talents and other interesting details.

Electronic Arts is set to release a new game pack within the first quarter of the year which will bring back a specific supernatural being to the latest installment of "The Sims" franchise. Dataminers discovered game codes for the upcoming "The Sims 4" Vampire-themed DLC, as posted on the fansite Sims Community, that revealed what fans can expect from the said game pack.

Apart from the introduction of a new Vampire character to "The Sims 4," which includes vampire teeth, a vampire walk and other attributes, gamers can also look forward to discovering a new destination world. Similar to the game's "Outdoor Retreat" DLC, the upcoming Vampire-themed pack might include a new world given the "Eerie Destination" code found hidden in the game's files.

Gamers can also look forward to the said Vampire DLC's new perk system which appears to be linked to the supernatural creature's powers. Moreover, an "Occult Powers Panel" might also be added to "The Sims 4" which can be used to buy specific abilities or boosts using points from the perk system.

Meanwhile, some of the game codes also suggested that Vampire Sims might be able to adapt a human disguise similar to the game's alien characters. Other interesting details about the upcoming game pack teased of a new "gravestone" object which may be specific to the game's new vampire characters, new plants and Sim accessories.

In other news, Electronic Arts recently released its first quarterly teaser for the year that revealed the game's upcoming new DLCs. Posted on the fansite Sims VIP, the preview clip teased of the Vampire-themed game pack and a new stuff pack that will add bowling to the life simulation game.
