Some of the beloved characters in "Once Upon a Time" are set to reappear in the ABC fantasy series' Season 6. Apart from Robin Hood (Sean Maguire), viewers can look forward to seeing Tinker Bell (Rose McIver) in an upcoming episode.

Showrunners Adam Horowitz and Eddy Kitsis shared in an interview with TVLine that given the crucial role that Tinker Bell played in Regina and Robin Hood's love story, it is only natural for the fairy to re-appear in "Once Upon a Time" Season 6.

The two series creators recounted Tinker Bell's "integral" role in Regina's discovery that Robin Hood is her soul mate. Moreover, with the Storybrooke version of Regina's beau already dead, speculations pointed to Regina potentially bringing the Wish Realm version of Robin Hood back home with her.

However, it is still unclear if Regina will meet a Wish Realm version of Tinker Bell or if the fairy will visit her in Storybrooke. Neither Horowitz nor Kitsis mentioned plot details surrounding the said character's impending return.

Meanwhile, given the prophecy of Emma's death under Gideon's hands, Rumple and Belle will try to find a way to alter the Storybrooke Savior and their son's shared destiny. After learning how Gideon grew up in the Dark Realm alongside the Dark Fairy, the estranged couple will come up with a plan to find Gideon's younger self in the said realm.

Showrunner Kitsis told Entertainment Weekly that the said storyline will serve as one of the focal points in the back half of "Once Upon a Time" Season 6. He added, "That [plot scenario] is exactly what we are going to explore."
