Gli Azzurri is coming off a come-from-behind 2-1 win over middling squad Sampdoria also at the San Paolo Stadium last Saturday, as per ESPN.

An own goal by Napoli right back Elseid Hysaj broke the game's deadlock in the 30th minute to give La Samp the early lead.

Partenopei got a break in the 61st minute when Sampdoria defender Matias Silvestre was sent off after a second yellow card booking off a hard foul on Napoli keeper Pepe Reina.

With a one-man advantage, head coach Maurizio Sarri's boys were able to mount a comeback, equalizing in the 77th minute with a goal by forward Manolo Gabbiadini then scoring the winner in stoppage time with a right-footer from returning defender Lorenzo Tonelli.

Meanwhile, Pescara is currently in the bottom of the 20-team Serie A table with only one win in 18 games so far this season. The team's match with Fiorentina scheduled on Jan. 8 was postponed due to heavy snow.

With the postponement, the team's most recent fixture was back on Dec. 22, a 1-1 tie with fellow bottom three squad Palermo on the road at the Renzo Barbera Stadium, via Sporting Life.

Palermo midfielder Robin Quaison scored the first goal of the match in the 33rd minute before Pescara defender Cristiano Biraghi was able to equalize late in injury time.
