Every person has a varied approach when it comes to dealing with making challenging decisions, but here's one tip that can possibly work for you too, according to Forbes, go back to the very reason why the business exists (mission), and make the decisions that are aligned with your mission while setting your team up for success.

Harvard Business Review also shared the following tips that can help leaders make immediate and right decisions for the business.

1.       Know your objectives

To make fast and right decisions, you have to weigh every possible objective and determine which one will make the biggest positive impact. Take every consideration from your stakeholders and understand the objective the most care about.

2.       Think how your available options align with your ultimate goal

One way to avoid making the wrong or poor decision is to look at it from a different person's point of view. And you can do this by asking another person for their opinion. This will give you fresh insights as well as new perspectives about making that certain decision.

3.       Take an action

After determining your objectives and considering other perspectives and options, it is time to pick the option that you think is the best among the rest and start with planning and strategizing. There is no such thing as a perfect option and there will be no guarantee that you have picked the right option. The most important thing is that you get to a decision so that you can move on to the next decision.
