In 2015, Spencer was promoted to series regular status so it was expected that she part of more episodes than Claire. However, it is unclear whether or not Spencer will continue to reprise her role as Emily in the upcoming episodes and without Claire.

Elsewhere, Sheldon (Jim Parsons) would try to learn new things about his emotions by using a special machine. It is expected that Sheldon's storylines with his toy will be hilarious.

In the previous episode, Sheldon got upset with his mom, Mary (Laurie Metcalf), and girlfriend, Amy (Mayim Bialik), after he realized that they do not have fate in him. He rebelled against the two by getting his ear pierced. However, when Mary asked Sheldon to get rid of his earring, he was left with no other choice but to follow her.
