"Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 mid-season spoilers indicate that Jo Wilson may be pregnant with Alex Karev's child. The mid season premiere of "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 will be held on Jan. 26, 2016. 

As a result of Wilson's pregnancy, she may be forced to marry Karev despite the fact that the former is already married and needs to obtain a divorce in order to walk down the aisle a second time. Wilson also needs to think about whether she is going to testify at Karev's trial or not. Depending on her decision, Karev may continue working at the hospital or he may end up in jail.

Besides Karev, Arizona Robbins is also heading to prison. Though she is going in her capacity as a doctor and not as an offender like Karev. Robbins may take Bailey and Wilson to help her out in the prison, according to TV Guide. They will go there to treat a very dangerous prison inmate who is lodged in a maximum security prison.

Other spoilers also indicate that Robbins, Bailey and Wilson need to perform a very simple procedure on the dangerous inmate but the tables get turned and one of the doctors may end up being grievously injured. The lives of the doctors may be in danger because the patient may use them as a bargaining ticket for freedom.

Meanwhile, the mid season premiere of "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 has been postponed by a week and will now be held on Jan. 26, 2016. It has been postponed due to the broadcast of a special program based on the new First Family of the United States.

In this regard, ABC will air 1-hour special program titled as "America's First Family: The Trumps Go to Washington" on Jan. 19 of the President's pre-inauguration festivities. As a result, they have to push the "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 mid-season premiere by a week to Jan. 26.

Besides, "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 episode 10, other TV shows are also affected such as "Scandal" Season 6 and "How to Get Away with Murder" Season 3, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Their telecast has also been pushed back by a week to accommodate the special program on the latest President of the United States.
