Microsoft is expected to launch Microsoft Surface Pro 5 in March. The much-touted Surface Pen with the feature of magnetic charging is also expected to be launched with Microsoft Surface Pro 5.

The Redmond-based company had showcased their technologically advanced Surface Pro 5 in October 2016. Consumers had expected an early release after the showcasing but they were disappointed. There has been no official release date for the device till now.

Microsoft Surface Pro 5 specs include magnetic charging stylus, which can charge bereft of any wires and Ultra HD, according to Forbes. The Surface Pen will have its own rechargeable battery, which can be easily charged by placing it on its dock. Hence, the user will not need to connect it to any kind of wires for charging.

Meanwhile, users of the upcoming Microsoft Surface Pro 5 can look forward to an exciting cinematic experience on the device because it is expected to come with 12.5-inch 4K display, according to CNet. It is also expected to offer the facility of 3D support at 60 frames per second. Thus, with this device onwards, Microsoft is planning to go in for IPS Touch screens instead of the Super AMOLED screens.

On the processing side, Microsoft Surface Pro 5 is coming packed with Intel's Kaby Lake 7th Generation processor. There are also rumors that Microsoft may launch three versions of the 2-in-1 hybrid notebook with different processors of varying speeds to appeal to all the types of users.

Thus, the device will be able to get high processing speed without compromising on the battery life at all. Microsoft Surface Pro 5 is expected to come with different chip versions such as Core i5, dual core with two threads, Core M, dual core, and Core i7, quad core with eight threads. 

Pegatron Technology has been chosen to manufacture the upcoming flagship device from Microsoft. On the other hand, there are also rumors that Quanta Computers may also make some parts of the Microsoft Surface Pro 5.
