About 2,000 fans of Korean actor Park Bo Gum attended his fan meet at the Kasablanka Hall of Kota Kasablanka Mall in Jakarta on Friday.

The Jakarta fan meet, which lasted for about three and a half hours, resumes the Asia fan meet of the “Moonlight Drawn by Clouds” actor which he started in late 2016. Indonesia is his first fan meet in 2017, to be followed by Taiwan on Jan. 22, Tokyo on Feb. 4, Bangkok on Feb. 11 and Singapore on Feb. 18 and China at a later date.

Jakarta Post reported that Park Bo Gum shared a lot of things during the question and answer portion with fans such as he feels he need to improve his acting. Actually, the 23-year-old celebrity just won on Dec. 31 the Male Top Excellence Award at the 2016 KBS Drama Award for this role in “Moonlight Drawn by Clouds” as Lee Young.

He also shared that he preferred exercising instead if dieting. Since he arrived in Indonesia on Wednesday, Park Bo Gum had the chance to visit several landmarks in Jakarta, take pictures and try local cuisine in Sabang such as satay and the smelly but delicious fruit durian.

Attired in a red suit, the actor prepared sandwiches for the fans in the event’s cooking segment, sang “Happy Birthday,” drew his self-portrait and played and sang and played in the piano at the end of the fan meet “Untukku” (For Me). It is an Indonesian song made famous by the late Indonesian singer Chrisye, AllKPop reported.

Before the end of the fan meet Park Bo Gum changed into a blue batik, the national costume of Indonesia, where he watched a video made by Indonesian fans. He also read a letter to his followers with the message: “Let’s pursue our dreams and make this year filled with happiness and without regret.”
