Super Bowl commercials are a big place for entertainment and business promotions, and yet again Wix.com has managed to book a 30-second slot on the Super Bowl ads for the third consecutive time.
Everyone is aware of the influence of Super Bowl commercials. It is an outstanding platform to promote a business because it has the power to draw viewer's attention and make consumers sit through the commercials, thereby gaining an extensive amount of viewership.
Wix.com, a free website building company, has understood the importance of this platform and hence created an advertisement marvel with the Wonder Women fame girl, Gal Gadot as well as the British action star Jason Statham, famously known for his roles in the "Transporter" series.
According to Entertainment Weekly, during this 90 seconds commercial, the two superstars would be showing off their combat skills by fighting against the bad guys in an elegant restaurant, Chez Felix, where the head chef is completely unaware of the destruction right outside the kitchen because he is busy creating his website on Wix.com.
The commercial ends when the chef finally realizes the whole situation and Gadot ask for her food to go as he stands completely shocked because of the chaos.
Louis Leterrier is the director behind the commercial, who has already worked in esteemed projects like Transporter films, the Incredible Hulk and Unleashed.
The ad recently got released on social media platforms, YouTube and Facebook.
The CEO of Wix.com, Omar Shai has promised that this commercial is just a warm-up and there is more to the story. Viewers would be able to see the next part of this excellent adventure as the game approaches.
Things got even more interesting when Wix announced in Super Bowl contest during the Facebook live event. They are offering their fans up to $50,000 if they change their profile picture on Facebook to an image of Felix, as per reports on Super Bowl Commercials website.
The games are scheduled to air at 6:30 PM Eastern Standard Time on Feb.5 in NRG stadium, Houston Texas.
