Luca Todesco has released beta 7 of his Yalu102 jailbreak tool and the changelog specifically stated that all 64-bit iPhones and iPads are now supported except the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus. However, jailbreaking the latest flagship smartphones from Apple is likely to become a reality real soon.
And that's straight from the Yalu jailbreak maker, according to WCCFTech. The dev tweeted this week that the iOS unlocking tool "for iPhone 7 will be updated at some point." Sure, Todesco did not mention when exactly the iPhone 7 crack will arrive but his statement at the very least put to rest the rumors that Yalu102 will not work at all with the latest iPhone models.
To clear it up: Yalu1011 for iPhone 7 will be updated at some point. Just not a priority right now. Got stuff to do.

As noted by the same report: "All those who might have lost hope should see this is a light at the end of the tunnel."
When the light will shine the brightest only Todesco knows but it was clear in his statement that he is confident of opening up the iPhone 7 series for jailbreaking. "Just not a priority right now. Got stuff to do," the iOS security researcher said.
Now there is no need to be idle while waiting for Yalu102 to be finalized and make it work for all iOS devices. In its current beta 7 state, the jailbreak tool is fully working and in a report iDownloadBlog.com recommends using the solution right away.
"You should be safe to try out the jailbreak now if you like," the report declared, adding that "Yalu102 is now far more stable than its predecessor for iOS 10.0-10.1.1 ever was. Take note though that both jailbreak tools are in semi-tethered status so a re-jailbreak is required every reboot of a jailbroken iPhone or iPad.
Also, iDB made clear that Yalu102 is not 100 percent stable but unnecessary problems can be avoided by steering clear of the so-called incompatible jailbreak tweaks. The AppSync, for instance, is not cleared to use at the moment as the tweak will render an iPhone or iPad in a boot-loop state.
But the good news is there are tons of jailbreak tweaks found on Cydia that are ready to use and will not cause any harm or trouble at all. YouTube channel iCrackUriDevice made a video list of the tweaks that are designed for optimal jailbreaking experience. Watch the clip below:
