The NBA trade rumors commence with the Denver Nuggets about to make its move as the one team that can actually outbid the Boston Celtics.

No one can match the Boston Celtics' war chest of collected draft picks especially the Brooklyn Nets' pick swap which has a strong chance of endings up as the top pick. However, the Nuggets have more desirable players to trade and they seem to be more willing than the Celtics.

The report from Sam Amick of USA Today claimed that veteran Wilson Chandler wants out of Denver.

"According to two people with knowledge of Chandler's situation, the player who came to Denver as part of the Carmelo Anthonydeal six years ago wants to be traded. The people spoke to USA TODAY Sports on the condition of anonymity because of the sensitive nature of the situation," Amick claimed.

"Chandler's frustration, according to the people, is born out of the inconsistency with his role."

The report also admitted that Chandler is having a "career year" in terms of personal stats but he resents being relegated back to the bench in favor of Kenneth Faried Danilo Gallinari as the two starting forwards. Amick does not declare that Chandler made a formal trade request, though.

Another player that the Nuggets were rumored to be shopping is Emmanuel Mudiay as claimed by Zach Lowe of ESPN.

"The Nuggets are quietly exploring what they might get for Emmanuel Mudiay and multiple picks, sources say, but they're in no rush to move Mudiay, and the Suns may not want him when they could simply draft a point guard."

Most of the underperforming point guards may be traded by teams which have a chance at the lottery since the incoming draft class is rich at the position. But the Nuggets have a shot at the playoffs so the plan is probably to trade Mudiay for a veteran point guard or try to fish for a superstar.

The Nuggets has been penciled in as a team that has the assets to trade for a superstar. The team has been linked with DeMarcus Cousins, Kevin Love and Blake Griffin among others. If Chandler really wants out, he and Mudiay could highlight a trade package.

If Jimmy Butler would be available, the Nuggets can offer Mudiay and Chandler along with draft picks and even other pieces like Danilo Gallinari. While the Celtics still has the best chance for the top pick, the Nuggets have players that could contribute now.
