"Game of Thrones Live Concert Experience" is a 28-city tour that involved three years of planning and production. It is a kind of filler show that the production masterminded probably to keep excitement alive for the next season over the extended wait period.

To provide a taster of what to expect ahead of their first performance on Feb. 20 in Minneapolis, select media personnel were invited to watch the group rehearsal. A massive stage has been set up with custom-built LED screens in the center and a trio of tiered, 360-degree screens on each side, CNet reported. The screens can nest inside each other, or drop down into both pyramid and reverse-pyramid formations, giving the production a lot of opportunities to change the literal shape of the show as it progresses.

Elements of the fantasy epic reportedly came alive during the sneak peek event through LED telescoping and wall screens with special 3D designs that rose from the stage floor. Led by Djawadi, the choir, orchestra and soloists offered a sampling of music, including the main title track, "The King's Arrival," "Needle," "The Winds of Winter" and "Mysha."

The event was attended by a couple of  "Game of Thrones" cast members who showed up to check out the rehearsal and talk about the show, However, they offered no spoilers for the forthcoming seventh season, of which HBO has yet to announce an air date.

"The show wouldn't be the show without the music, without Ramin's music," The Orange County Register quoted actor Liam Cunningham, who plays Davos Seaworth, as saying. "It's absolutely extraordinary."

"Game of Thrones Live Concert Experience" is scheduled to start on February 20, 2017, in Saint Minnesota and end on April 2 in Portland, Oregon. Watch the sneak peek of the concert in the video below:
