In a fiery opening monologue for "Saturday Night Live" last weekend, actress Kristen Stewart delivered a no-holds-barred comment or two about United States' President Donald Trump. The 26-year-old star recollected how Trump was so heavily invested in her public breakup with "Twilight" co-star Robert Pattinson.

Stewart, who was hosting "SNL" for the first time, shared that when Trump was still known as the notorious reality star from "The Apprentice," he ranted about her on Twitter for cheating on Pattinson. She poked fun at how the latter was so affected by Stewart and Pattinson's split.

"We broke up, and we got back together, and for some reason, it made Donald Trump go insane. Here's what he tweeted: 'Robert Pattinson should not take back Kristen Stewart. She cheated on him like a dog and will do it again-just watch. He can do much better!'" Stewart said in her speech. According to The Daily Mail, the actress was quoting an October 2012 tweet, four years before Trump became president.

She quoted several other things Trump tweeted about her and revealed that at that time Trump had posted a total of eleven tweets about her. In the heat of the moment, Stewart accidentally dropped the F-bomb on the show. She also added that she thinks Trump might have been in love with Pattinson.

Stewart has openly spoken against Trump's presidency, highlighting how the president mistreats women. Speaking with Variety, she sympathized with a lot of young woman who are scared of the new president.

"Ladies, stand up for yourself!" Stewart stated. "I've never been the most politically charged person, but I think at this point, it's not political. It's f-king so humanitarian." Stewart added that although she was not able to attend the Women's March in Washington D.C., she fully supports everyone who joined the cause and is thankful for having such event happen.

Meanwhile, sources claim that Stewart and Pattinson are still good friends and occasionally communicate with one another. The latter is currently engaged to singer FK Twigs while the former is reportedly dating Victoria's Secret model Stella Maxwell.
